An international exchange party/picnic will be held at Kinshi Park! 

The location is a 3-minute walk from the north exit of JR Kinshicho Station / a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Kinshicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line.

The place will be held at “Water and Green Flower Square”. For details, please check the Instagram story of the day. Look for the JoynTokyo and Meetup signs and the blue and orange sheets!

Anyone can attend this party.

Many Japanese participate every time, so it is a recommended international exchange event for those who want to interact with Japanese people.

Let’s enjoy a picnic together while relaxing!

It’s okay to participate alone, or you can come with your friends.

There are Japanese and foreign staff, so even people who can only speak Japanese or English can participate without worries.

– The consumption of alcohol for underaged children is prohibited.

– Excessive approach of individuals in any way that makes the other person feel unpleasant such as pick-ups are forbidden.

[Measures related to COVID-19]

– Please make sure to disinfect your hands at the entrance.

– As preventive measures you have to wear a mask and wash your hands regularly throughout the event.

– If you have a cough or a fever, you have to refrain from participating in this event. Make sure to check by yourself before joining the event.

People from all over the world will gather at this event.

錦糸公園で国際交流パーティー/ピクニックを開催します！

場所はJR錦糸町駅北口より徒歩3分/東京メトロ半蔵門線 錦糸町駅4番出口より徒歩2分。

このパーティーは誰でも参加可能です。

毎回たくさんの外国人が参加してくれるので、外国人と交流したい方や英語を話したい方にはおすすめの国際交流イベントです。

ゆったりしながらピクニックをみんなで楽しみましょう！

1人で参加するのもok、友達と来ていただいても構いません。

スタッフには日本人と外国人がいるので、日本語もしくは英語だけしか話せない人でも安心して参加できます。

• その他：飲食提供は行いません。

各自持ち寄りで好きなものを食べたり飲んだりしながら、たくさんお話しましょう！

[禁止事項]

– 未成年の方の飲酒は禁止します。

– マルチ商法、宗教、勧誘行為を目的とする行為は禁止します。

– 相手が不快と思うような言動や、過度なナンパを禁止します。

皆さんが楽しくイベントに参加できるようにご協力お願いいたします。上記に該当する行為を見つけた場合はすぐにスタッフにお知らせください。

[コロナ対策]

– 受付時に消毒を必ずしてください。

– イベント参加条件にマスクの着用を義務とします。また、手洗いなどご自身における予防対策をお願いします。

– 熱や咳がある場合は、イベントに参加することはできません。イベント参加前に必ずご自身でご確認ください。
