An international exchange party / picnic will be held at Yoyogi Park! 

We will meet at the Harajuku Gate in Yoyogi Park from 12:50 to 13:15. Look for the JoynTokyo and Meetup autographs!

The venue is a 3-minute walk from JR Harajuku Station / a 2-minute walk from the Meiji Jingumae Station Exit on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line and Fukutoshin Line. It will be held in the direction of Harajuku Gate in Yoyogi Park. Please check the location in the photo and the Instagram story of the day. Look for the blue and orange sheets.

Anyone can attend this party.

Many Japanese participate every time, so it is a recommended international exchange event for those who want to interact with Japanese people.

Let’s enjoy a picnic together while relaxing!

It’s okay to participate alone, or you can come with your friends.

There are Japanese and foreign staff, so even people who can only speak Japanese or English can participate with confidence.

JoynTokyo has three concepts: “international exchange,” “making friends,” and “enjoying.”

[Measures related to COVID-19]

– Please make sure to disinfect your hands at the entrance.

– As preventive measures you have to wear a mask and wash your hands regularly throughout the event.

– If you have a cough or a fever, you have to refrain from participating in this event. Make sure to check by yourself before joining the event.

No application is required. Please come directly to the venue on the day of the event.People from all over the world will gather at this event.

代々木公園で国際交流パーティー/ピクニックを開催します！

代々木公園の原宿門で12:50-13:15に待ち合わせします。JoynTokyoとMeetupのサインが目印です！

開催場所はJR原宿駅より徒歩3分/東京メトロ千代田線・副都心線 明治神宮前駅番出口より徒歩2分。代々木公園の原宿門方面で開催する予定です。場所は写真と当日のInstagramのストーリーでご確認ください。ブルーとオレンジのシートが目印です。

このパーティーは誰でも参加可能です。

毎回たくさんの外国人が参加してくれるので、外国人と交流したい方や英語を話したい方にはおすすめの国際交流イベントです。

ゆったりしながらピクニックをみんなで楽しみましょう！

1人で参加するのもok、友達と来ていただいても構いません。

スタッフには日本人と外国人がいるので、日本語もしくは英語だけしか話せない人でも安心して参加できます。

各自持ち寄りで好きなものを食べたり飲んだりしながら、たくさんお話しましょう！

[禁止事項]

– 未成年の方の飲酒は禁止します。

– マルチ商法、宗教、勧誘行為を目的とする行為は禁止します。

– 相手が不快と思うような言動や、過度なナンパを禁止します。

皆さんが楽しくイベントに参加できるようにご協力お願いいたします。上記に該当する行為を見つけた場合はすぐにスタッフにお知らせください。

[コロナ対策]

– 受付時に消毒を必ずしてください。

– イベント参加条件にマスクの着用を義務とします。また、手洗いなどご自身における予防対策をお願いします。

– 熱や咳がある場合は、イベントに参加することはできません。イベント参加前に必ずご自身でご確認ください。
