A Halloween party / picnic will be held at Yoyogi Park on October 31st (Sun)!
Let’s enjoy a Halloween party in Shibuya where Halloween is the most exciting in Tokyo!
At this Halloween party, only those who are dressed up are special!
You can participate in the event for free!
Those who are not wearing costumes will be charged ¥ 500 as a participation fee.
We look forward to your participation in costumes!
Anyone can attend this party.
Many Japanese participate every time, so it is a recommended international exchange event for those who want to interact with Japanese people.
Let’s enjoy a picnic together while relaxing!
It’s okay to participate alone, or you can come with your friends.
There are Japanese and foreign staff, so even people who can only speak Japanese or English can participate with confidence.

[Measures related to COVID-19]
– Please make sure to disinfect your hands at the entrance.
– As preventive measures you have to wear a mask and wash your hands regularly throughout the event.
– If you have a cough or a fever, you have to refrain from participating in this event. Make sure to check by yourself before joining the event.

今回のハロウィンパーティーでは、仮装してる方のみ特別に！！
参加費無料でイベントにご参加いただけます！
仮装していない方は参加費として￥500いただきます。
是非、仮装での参加お待ちしております！！
このパーティーは誰でも参加可能です。
毎回たくさんの外国人が参加してくれるので、外国人と交流したい方や英語を話したい方にはおすすめの国際交流イベントです。

- 参加費: 500円 、仮装しての参加なら無料！
- その他：飲食提供は行いません。
各自持ち寄りで好きなものを食べたり飲んだりしながら、たくさんお話しましょう！
元気な皆様とまたお会いできることを楽しみにしています！
[禁止事項]
– 未成年の方の飲酒は禁止します。
– マルチ商法、宗教、勧誘行為を目的とする行為は禁止します。
– 相手が不快と思うような言動や、過度なナンパを禁止します。

[コロナ対策]
– 受付時に消毒を必ずしてください。
– イベント参加条件にマスクの着用を義務とします。また、手洗いなどご自身における予防対策をお願いします。
– 熱や咳がある場合は、イベントに参加することはできません。イベント参加前に必ずご自身でご確認ください。
